It has a smoother and thicker outer surface compared to the cheaper knock-off ones I've has issues with. Fast shipping. I did still have to adjust the fuser temperature to be slightly higher than the original roller (which had a tear in it). Though each of the rollers I've tried has needed this, so it's also possible that my heating element is starting to go out. Overall, great experience and would happily buy from again.
