Duty was paid at checkout, you did not declare duty as paid when you shipped, therefore I paid duty twice - a total of $22 import duty for an item that costs $15 - all because you did not declare duty as already paid.

No response from the seller for 24 hrs. Still no response but all of the sudden they refunded the money with no message like sorry I was out of stock or can't find the product anymore.
