      Great for focus and to ot get you going

      I don't use a lot of supplements. But I have used this one and the non hardcore version for about a year now. Definitely gives you a pickup and edge without many of the unnecessary ingredients. Better focus as I am in the gym 7 days a week so I need that little extra sometimes. Also the convenience of a pill over a powder is perfect. I leave it in my car. Pop 2 pills on the way to the gym and I am ready when I get there. I like the product and will continue to use especially for the convenience and no upset stomach either.

      Not for the high caffeine tolerant.

      I have high tolerance to caffeine so a single dose of 300mg of caffeine is hardly anything. I'm not going to amp the dosage. I'll on the other hand reduce any other caffeine sources. It gave me alot of clean energy and mental focus. That's for sure. I can push my self with 2 more reps on the pull up and an extra set. That's phenomenal for me.!
