    I am very pleased. Has a nice variety of settings including a sleep setting which I'm mostly use. It's great having it drape across the window frame and the noisy compressor is outside. Comes with bits and pieces to install it securely.

    So many good things to say. My box arrived damaged. The seller was very helpful and said if there was damage to the unit he would replace it. I had to wait a few weeks to get someone to put it in for me. Wow what a great unit. It was so easy to install. And it works beautiful!! No loud blasting ac like our usual window units. I'm definitely getting another when I get a few $ again. Seller is professional and responsive.
