There's a slight delay, but it can be fixed by pressing the pausing and playing once or twice. The battery is good, on full blast volume, with my s23 ultra, using the dobly atoms man this thing bumps, it last like 5 hours on high, but I have it sit on top of a 20,000 power bank, so it really can go for like a whole day like that. I'm gonna but another one to link them

    Affordable great sound...

    This is my second Soundcore. I have the original Soundcore which is still in great shape and has given hundreds of hours great sound. If I take it anywhere, pool, weekend getaway, etc. I get to play DJ. The Soundcore 2 has close to twice the sound of the Soundcore 1. Lightweight and water proof (up to 3' I think.) Battery life is excellent, almost 20hrs on a charge at close to full volume. I have other Anker products and for the cost and sound comparison to the big name brands you cannot go wrong.

    Well built with great sound

    This is a very well built bluetooth speaker made of all metal with a great sound. Very easy to connect to any device. Sound is very clear and loud for a small compact unit. Comes with a strap to easily carry around. Battery life is excellent. Extremely satisfied with this speaker and is offered at a great price!

    Anker select 2 Bluetooth speaker

    This is a great speaker, especially for the price. (Refurb for $32 with a 2 year warranty). It’s not the bassist speaker, but the bass is adequate. The highs are terrific and even at really high volume, sound is pure and clear. If your looking for an inexpensive Bluetooth speaker, you can’t go wrong with this one.

    Good sound as long as I use the custom equalizer app.

    Read a bunch of reviews for a couple weeks about bluetooth portable speakers. i found this one but wasn't sure about it overall, never having had one. But the price was good. The reviews are mixed up about All bluetooth speakers, but I am now sure that for 50$ this is the best I'll get unless I spend 180$+ on a speaker. It arrived, I plugged it in and was disappointed with the sound quality. I then quickly remembered that I bought this particular one because it has an app with and equalizer that has presets and custom eq. After playing with the custom settings I got it to where I liked it. So far, been the best sound with clear, clear highs, not much mids but not too shabby and the bass needed to be tuned down. I play all day as loud as I want on 1 charge. It's good. Thumbs up, 2.

    As good as my Bose! Maybe better!

    I got tired of hauling my Bose external speaker up and down so decided to get a second one to keep upstairs. Found this online for $25 and liked the reviews so I decided to try it. A big WOW! Both base and high tones are clear and distinct. The unit is less than 7" long so I just leave it on my desk. Volume can be cranked up without loss of clarity. I am totally impressed with this speaker. A+
