30 degree v-bit, watch your feed and speeds
I’ve used these bits for a number of years on my CNC router to do inlay work. The angle of these bits allow you to do very fine detail with inlays. However, you really need to pay attention to your feed and speeds when using these bits. Being too aggressive will more than likely break these bits (I’ve gone through a number of these). I usually only cut a maximum depth of .270 max with these, you can push it with softer woods, but not in many hardwoods. I run around 35-45ipm at most with these. I have had them break at higher speeds. Overall, they are a good value. I am happy with them with their cutting results.
