    OEM Antenna fits/looks perfect

    The base o the original antenna dry rotted and fell apart. This replacement fits perfectly ... it is an original Ford part. To try and avoid dry rotting, I coated the base with detailer that is supposed to block UV rays from the sun. . Hopefully this will last longer than the original.

    similar to the oem piece, but not identical

    The replacement antenna has a different finish than the original. The original antenna and its base had the same finish, so it looked like one piece. The finish on the replacement does not match the base so it definitely looks like separate pieces.

    New on the left old junk on the right item was a genuine Ford product came in a ford bag with part number just unscrew the old one put on the new one a huge improvement the antennas do not last long because of the hot sun I would replace whenever you start seeing it crack

    Don’t expect quality from FORD anymore

    Only problem with these OEM Mustang antennas is the rubber used in their manufacture! This is my 3rd one for a 2012 with only 48,000 miles on it and garage kept; rubber just cracks and falls apart (cheap over priced parts from China)
