It is very tingly and burns when you put it on your lips and you don’t wanna get it on your tongue. I have used several lip plumper, and this one definitely gives me a long lasting plump. I would definitely buy it again just be warned that it will be uncomfortable when you put it on for at least five minutes but for me it’s a 10 out of 10.
