The listing said the Otter box was MANUFACTURED refurbished. The screen on this defender case looks like it was glued on and was scratched up BAD. IF it were truly FACTORY refurbished, it would look brand new. Awful stench.
This case had an extremely strong cigarette stench. It was enough to fill a room up after a couple hours. Especially in a non smoker home. Let's not say how much it would smell on my fingers and pockets. Washed it 3 times and yet the smell is still there. Awful, awful, awful.
