Item is used with stains and pet hairs even though listed as new without tag. seller doesn't accept responsibility and denied return, so I have to contact eBay for assistance with eBay buyers protection to have damaged item returned to seller.

You were free to request additional photos or details before purchasing, but you didn’t.

    damaged item shown in photos, so that is evidence while the package arrived in perfect condition, but only item was not as described. The seller did not offer the dry cleaning cost but about half of the cleaning cost. The seller tried to blame the damaged item due to transit, and denied return listed on the listing and not 100% truthful about the cleaning cost. That is why I have to contact eBay for dispute and thanks to eBay buyers protection regulations, I have my money back. Can't trust!

    As per BAD.... NOTHING at all ! ! ! As per GOOD... EVERYTHING about it is EXCELLENT... as were the SELLER too ! ! ! It does everything I wanted & much more... Also it was an EXCELLENT buy too.... THANKS to the Seller... IT Plays the CD's & DVD's & Blue rays Perfectly and Goes upon the Internet as well... WOW ! ! !     Samsung BD-F5900

    Nice unit, if you are buying it used make sure you reset the Smart Hub ( default password is 0000 ) Then go into the settings, set up the internet and then go to support and run the update. I had some issues with mine until I did both of those things. After that all the apps started working great.

    bad wifi

    Everything seems work okay, but the unit cannot connect to my WiFi. Since I bought insurance for it, I'm going to try to have it fixed. Wish me luck.
