    I knew I was taking a chance purchasing this item as there was no photograph in the listing. The description was clear that the item was a return and that it showed some light wear. But the price was really good, so I went for it. it was shipped quickly, arrived in its original packaging and well packed. However the front screen was bowed in and it was dirtier than expected. However it worked perfectly and seller responded professionally. I have cleaned, repaired, and will keep the item.

    Item shipped was exactly as described. Open boxing in Brand New condition. The amp was man-handled by UPS and two of the tubes were broken. This is not the shippers fault, however Tradeport is working with me to resolve this. They filed a claim with UPS to reimburse me for the replacement tubes so I can keep the AMP. Excellent seller!
