    This item was well packed and is in immaculate condition. My issue with this purchase is that it was identified by the seller as a used garment but someone at the international hub identified it as new. I therefore had to pay over $20 in duty and taxes (there is no duty or tax on a used garment). Had I refused it, the seller would have been the one punished which is unfair. Canadian buyers need to be rabid about the outrageous shipping cost and the mis-identification of items.
