I did have a issue with a missing part and contacted the sell who was very helpful in trying to find the missing part and even offered to pay to get it to me. Extremely helpful to me.     Excellent Vaporizer

    Wow! This thing puts out vapor even on the lowest setting. Looks good doing it too. Whisper quiet. If there's anything to dislike about it it's having to use a demineralization water filter in the bottom of the unit. Ours will last a long time because we use filtered rain water (cistern). But with city water you would need to replace it after a while in order to keep "white dust" in check. I'm giving it two thumbs up.

    Love the fine mist and ease of operation. My winter skin isn’t nearly as dry anymore. (That and Dove soap). Helpful for breathing...makes a difference. It may be a bit heavy for an older person to lift the reservoir when full and place back on its stand. Although I’ve have no real difficulty. So glad to have it.

    Good product, but shipping took 3 weeks+ to get

    I replaced one I had before that lasted a long time. Ordered this one this is a smaller and you can't fill it all the way full. Maybe 1 gallon. Shipping took soo long. It said ship from US, but I don't know why it took so long to get.
