    Let the Sun Shine!

    Vitamin D3 is not naturally present in very many foods, you get it from being out in the sun, so if you work indoors and don't do a lot of outdoor activities or live in a place where it rains a lot you probably do need a supplement. Vitamin D3 promotes health bone growth and formation so without sufficient vitamin D, bones can become thin, brittle, or misshapen. Vitamin D also helps to prevent rickets in children and osteomalacia or osteoporosis (along with calcium supplements) in adults and has other roles in your body including modulation of cell growth, neuromuscular and immune function, and reduction of inflammation. Always consult your MD about possible interactions before starting any new medicines.

    Even my doctor says that Kirkland makes great products and he highly recommends them. He uses Kirkland as his personal choice. Great quality and a very reasonable price. I would not use those dollar store vitamins and the box drug stores are not so great.. Kirkland brand is known for quality...

    Kirkland D3

    The product arrived in a timely manner and in perfect shape, 5hough I'm not a lover of bubble wrap. Great price. Of course, how are any of us to know the quality or effectiveness of the supplements we buy? Still, must have are D, especially women for bone density retention and people with MS. It has been found that many people with MS have very low D count.

    Vitamin D3 is a nutritional product that helps a human build better levels of engerysunshine when there is NO sunny days.

    Expense wise Kirkland is lower price at 1/3 of the prescription rate. My PCP helped me understand not to waste my money on a branded prescription when D3 at 2000IU is much better my energy level is ten time better overall. I am 72 yrs old and the old branded prescription brand was too low in IU's and did not cut it, I had a much higher cost. Most days I am full of pep and ready to start another wonderful day.

    A necessary vitamin

    Because with age our ability of producing vitamin D it is reduced I had been taking D3 for the last 6 years  so I could maintain a healthy immune system, bones and muscles and it works. I prefered Kirkland because it is a reliable brand and at an excellent price.
