Excellent service. He went above and beyond what was expected. When the computer was originally delivered, it was accidentally returned to the sender by the post office. When he received it, he resent the laptop to a new address at my request. All of this was done in a very timely fashion and went smoother than I expected. Very easy to work with and could not have been more accommodating.
