Sturdy,comfortable light weight with great features,but on top 2 steel sticks to hold it sturdy,was missing making carrier seem flimsy,I had purchased same item for my second cat and saw exactly what was missing. Carrier was bent which made my cat very uncomfortable because of missing sticks.

Airline approved

We used ours on JetBlue and it was actually larger than the dimensions specified on their website but it's soft and was able to fit under the seat. We have 18lb Boston Terrier and she fit in it comfortably.
