They gave me the option for refund or for me to wait a bit longer for a new one to arrive and be tested before shipping. Correct model in all parameters and good communication. Packaging was a bit tight and cables were a bit bent but otherwise in great new condition.

Contacted the seller and explained the problem and use of the multimeter showing a dead battery. He promptly sent a replacement after doing a check I requested before shipping which he did.
