For anyone looking to start or try resistance bands this product is great. I question the long term lasting as the snap swivels appear to be a little light duty. Then if you like the exercise you get with these you can then invest in higher quality unit at 20 times the cost. Using this for travel it will last for years. I bought this to try it out and see if I could get into the routine , so far so good - thank you for the sale. As with ANY resistance band exercise I recommend using three bands at same time, they do wear and material does degenerate, failure could cause injury. Most people that I have read about who have been injured have been using single bands and we tend to over extend , the concept is the resistance, pull and hold. Using multiple bands if one breaks the others will absorb the shock. think of these as elastic bands doing the duty they are designed for they last a long time, over stretching they break, When your bag of elastic bands ages and they start breaking , its time to replace. Surgical tube , as these are made from should be good for 3-5 years, the swivels on this (if used daily) I would guess would be about a year but this part is purely a guess.

actual use does not meet promises
Overall, the design is good: carabiners, heavy wrap of bands to carabiners, comfortable grips, door stop. BUT.... The weak point is absolutely the flimsy bands! There is NO way they offer 150 lbs of resistance! Max compared to what I can lift in weights is 40-50 lbs (as tested from curl). From day one I had to use this with ALL bands attached. And I am of average body size / strength (male). The use case for this is for females (non weight training), or for those who need to keep a light tone or some sort of physical therapy exercises. Door straps purchased same time were 1000% more effective. But, for the price, as long as you don't expect too much, they have some average benefits.

Good alternative to the gym
During COVID-19, my gym closed. Free weights weren't available anywhere. I bought this set of resistant bands somewhat skeptically. However, having used them several times a week now for almost a month, I am very pleased. They come with a small chart of exercises, and I found an additional chart online. These were good help in the beginning. I have developed a series of 29 exercises that get a really good workout for the upper body, a reasonable workout of the mid-section, and some, but not much, work for the legs. (however, running the stairs in our building takes care of the legs). Bottom line is that I am very pleased with these resistance bands. They won't replace the gym and all it's machines and free weights, but I will continue to use them after COVID runs its course.

These are great workout band's! the only bad thing is i was over charged 50 cents!!! shame on company! still a good deal i think? many different ways to workout with them & i have yet to look online for more exercises that can be done with them, dollar for dollar their is nothing that can come close to this deal for a really good workout, i have stage3 pancreatic cancer & this is plenty for me, i use to workout 4-5 days a week for over 25 years & never smoked & ate healthier than the average person & still got hit with pancreatic cancer! They gave me a yr tops to live because i was stage4 then but this Aug i lived a yr longer than expected, these workout band's bring back good memories of when i was doing great, my time now is very limited as are my days...I'm a few decades from retirement & will never see or experience those days so for those who have made it to retirement age be happy because for those of us who won't make it to there it really is about as sad as it can be to say the least...have a nice day & better tomorrow's.
