    Item arrived with bad packaging. I never accused seller just told them the condition with pictures. Asked if I could just return the item for a refund bc there was raw food that somehow ended up in the package. Seller became furious with me, was never understanding and offered a $5 refund. Case was opened with eBay and eBay resolved issue with return/refund. Just wish seller would have been apologetic even if it was a mix up by the carrier.
