    I wanted to reduce my high Triglyceride levels. Niacin that causes flushing supposedly lowers, and prevents high Triglyceride levels in the body that cause a fatty liver. My Triglycerides have been high for decades even though my Cholesterol levels have stayed normal, but for how much longer is my question. I have not been diagnosed with a fatty liver by a doctor, but it is a good bet I have one, and a fatty liver can lead to future medical problems. I do not want to be sick as I age.

    of course there is no overnight reaction to taking vitamins so cannot rate or recommend this product. Skin doctor advised me to start taking B2 so I am doing so. The price on this product was the best I could find on internet and drug stores. These pills are large. I cut them in half to make easier to swallow.
