It was very close to being junk when delivered, due to inadequate packaging. 100% of the lightweight pillows were popped. Because only two heavyweight pillows were holding it, one corner of the TM504 wore thru the cardboard shipping box in two places. The two tall knobs on the LA501W were getting wear on them too,, so near being damaged!
