    It IS the Birds of Michigan.

    It contains the ACCURATE description of the WHITE-FACED Ibis seen in the late 60's in Cass County, Michigan, unlike the "expert" re-visits which likely judged the species ONLY from the picture of it poorly reproduced from the original color slide in a Michigan birds-sightings digest. The book is not a field guide, nor is it touted as one. It's large, so to then is the easy-read print and nice numerous color plates.
