    Excellent home wiring reference manual

    Excellent use of pictures; easy to follow directions and guidance. I purchased a previous version of this B & D Wiring Guide about 6-7 years ago and it has been a great help to me. I recently "loaned" it to my nephew who is a newbie homeowner so that he could also reap the benefits. He liked it so much he asked if he could keep it. I told him to consider it a housewarming gift. I made this purchase of the latest version so that I could still have one readily available for my own use.

    Good Book

    It's way bigger than I had imagined. It covers everything I've ever learned about wiring and then some. Not just a "here's the basics of wiring, check with an electrician for more", this has all the info I can imagine needing. It has lots of pictures and step by step instructions, as well as information about the what and why background of every topic. You'll still need an electrician for a lot of work that requires a license, but this is really good and complete information about everything wiring.
