I think we all need to remember sellers hands are tied after they drop products off at the post office.     Great special effects, action and, as always, the beautiful scenery of Norway.

    We love Scandinavian TV and movies and were familiar with most of the actors in this movie. I just happened to notice this DVD when looking for something else, so I thought since we have liked most everything made in Norway this would be a treat being the first disaster movie made in Norway. We were not disappointed. The scenery, of course, was breathtaking, but the quality of the movie was just as good, if not better, than any disaster movie made in the U.S. The character development and special effects met, if not exceeded, our expectations. The DVD also includes extra features showing the making of the movie, which is always a nice bonus. Looking forward to "The Quake" which is being released in March for another great Norwegian disaster film.

    The wave

    I enjoyed this movie very much, even though it is a Norweigan foreign movie. Based on a true story. Lots of action, great characters. Excellent acting. Get building of suspense. Enjoyed it so much I even purchased "The Quake" the sequel.
