I requested a refund for one of the two rugs I didn’t get but wasn’t refunded for the damaged rug that was sent to me. They stopped messaging me back after the half refund and imma assume that I won’t get my money back cause they are in dire need of 12 bucks to screw over there customers. Will not buy from them again, horrible experience.
