It could be new but most of the packaging was opened and it looked like it has been or was used slightly. Cords and wires were just thrown into the box and the patient data card was missing. This is not an issue for me since i do not use them but it was definitely NOT NEW. Overall satisfied but listing was not accurate, and price was based on new never opened not open package..

    Didn't know what to expect, but am very happy to have the bidet.

    Its a rather strange product to review, I didn't really know what to expect for sure but now really like it. Installation was easy with well written instructions. This bidet is an attractive addition to my washroom. The always ready warm water is perfect. The toilet seat warmer is actually an unexpected comfort feature, I felt it was unnecessary and didn't plan to use it but accidentally turned it on and will leave it.on for now. The remote is easy to use. The spray could stand to be a have a softer spray option. and the dry cycle could also be a little more thorough. Overall - I really love it!
