    Quality autoclave

    Very durable and heavy. It can be a little intimidating to use but it works very well. The only thing issue is its doesn't tell you how to maintain the 15 psi required for sterilizing. Once the autoclave reaches the green zone in the pressure dial, you have to turn the heat down to between 3 & 4. The autoclave will turn on when it is dips to 15 psi and turn off at around 17 psi. Instructions didn't specify that though. It's no your standard rice cooker or digital pressures canner. You cannot leave it alone and run to the grocery store. Another thing to note is you need to make sure the lid is Fairly level when you lock it in place. If it's nit level you will have a lot of steam escaping from the seams.     Pricey, but worth it!

    The Ferrari of pressure cookers! This autoclave gets the job done, and seems like it's built to last years and years. I'm extremely impressed with the craftsmanship. Top notch!
