Cheaply made
Well for one the door came out of the box and one of the plastic pieces that opens and closes the door snapped off, so the door does not stay in place. BEWARE DO NOT BUY THESE WATER DISPENSERS UNLESS THEY ARE A CERTIFIED REPRESENTATIVE FROM AVALON, I RECEIVED MINE WITH A BROKEN DOOR RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX, FIXED THAT THEN THE WATER COOLER WOULD NOT LIGHT UP, WOULD NOT GIVE HOT OR COLD WATER, CALLED AVALON, UNABLE TO FIX IT I CALLED EBAY AND THEY DID NOT HELP
