    This product was obviously returned, pulling the battery in and out is not that smooth. Makes me wonder if the batteries got swollen from overcharging or heat. But, some of it is the quality of the GoPro, it really isn't well thought out. I'm very pleased as I needed a camera for a trip and every transaction was a scam on Ebay, so I actually got the product I bidded on. Thanks for being legit and honest.

    Everything was as described. All the accessories that was told to be included was included. Came in a used Hero 11 original box but it didn't matter because the case had everything inside. The batteries were both charged so I was able to test the product. No defects, no scratches. Item is like new. All other accessories worked well. Package came in quick as was advised when I got the message after purchase.

      Insanely high quality video and crystal clear screen grabs, amazing camera

      The video quality is so good and it's so nice being able to take 24mp screen grabs from it. That is insane, the still photos are 27mp!! Love the in camera stabilizing that makes it so easy to take professional quality video with incredible panning shots. I could go on and on about the incredible features of this camera, but those are my favorite.

      Get brend new. Battery charge forever Software allows just fuew function Inernet conection is just by app , true google so you are not in charge. After 15 minutes ( power on in setting mode ) camera over heat and drain about 50%. Outside quality is good but big question is : what is inside ? After tested my answer is - rubbish -. Go Pro use the name to sell trash. Pitty many preavisly trusted companies practice same recepy . So Very disappointed

      It is so much better than the very first GoPro I purchased years ago.

      I just love how easy it is to use, things like the intuitive nature of the camera. The book explains it all very well, it is easy to read. Nice equipment in a nice case to keep everything in one place.
