Case in point, I ordered this item on November 18th, a tracking number wasn't provided till November 24th, and the item wasn't picked up till November 29th. I can forgive some delay due to the holiday, but this seems like an excessive amount of time to wait with no prior communication from the seller. That said, the boots fit well and are in great shape!
