    Although I ordered the wrong product everything I ordered was delivered as advertised, good quality and amazing value for what I got. I ordered the wrong disc brakes however this seller was extremely quick in their responses and even issued a partial refund for the discs since the pads fit my vehicle. Would definitely order from them again

    Im going to give positive feedback to not harm their rating. I have bought a few parts from this seller with no problems. This one was a bit different, the part was advertised as "new". It should have been advertised as "new open box". Part is OEM BMW in packaging no doubt, but had been opened and retaped and box was beat up. Price was good though as usual with this seller. Also shipping was terribly slow, not sellers fault, USPS dropped the ball and sent it to the opposite side of the US.

    Had a problem with the initial shipment. One of the items busted through the packing during shipping (USPS) and I only received one hood support. Contacted Customer support and they got back to me right away! I sent them pictures of the packaging and the missing support. They reviewed and promptly sent out another support! A+++ all around! Stand up company!
