    The Pins were as described (slightly scored). 14 bucks on some studs seems a bit ridiculous, but nobody had them so...supply and demand I suppose. Amazon has spoiled me on shipping it took a few days longer, but it wasn't late. Packaging was done well. I could have used the flange nuts that I had to go and get as well. Overall, it was a good transaction.
