    This is quality stuff. It did take a bit longer to get it but well worth it. I make a hot vanilla latte in the morning and put some on the spoon then stir in my coffee. Can not taste it. My hair thick and growing as well as nails. Great clean energy. Saved seller, will purchase again.

    Shipping was very quick. I havent been taking it for very long but it has had some effect on my hair and nails. I know that we as well as my cats, are in need of Trace minerals but I can't give this form to them like I was able to do with a liquid form. The main negative thing about this stuff is that the taste reminds me of something worse than licking the bottom of an old shoe and it is impossible to confine it to underneath my tongue ( 'for best results') so maybe I'll try another form.
