The mailman must have put the key in someone else's mailbox or forgot the key altogether and then anyone just walking by could have taken it. I contacted the post office and the lady said she needed to talk to the postman on duty and I never got a call back on it. So, apparently it just vanished somehow. This was NOT the seller's fault. I questioned the mailing cost. And she refunded the first order. Then the pricing/width of fabric was incorrect. I tried to give her a heads up-like “thanks for the discount” etc. When she did not correct the listing, I ordered the fabric AND sent her a screen shot of the order. She had 108” fabric listed at a 44” price. She credited the 2nd order.
