    First attempt to ship, I only received an empty/ripped open envelope, UK Royal Mail bag on it. They sent and email copy and a new copy. I'm not sure if the original was a real book or a copy of it, pictured was the real book. Either way I got the information I needed. They did their best in a bad situation.
