The unit looked as if almost brand new, came with all accessories and even the cleaning solution in manufacturers packaging. The unit was delivered in time and works very well. The extendable mop is a game changer for corner cleaning. My floors were never this clean before! It is yet to be seen how the unit holds up over time and if there's any issue how the warranty would work. Overall, very good value for money + high wife approval factor!
