It was delivered safely, carefully packaged and as it appeared in the listing and photos. New in a sealed box in excellent condition. Great quality for the price. - p***r (237)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseItem unfortunately was a hard-head figure but was listed as a soft-head. Purist TMNT collectors know the difference between the two and in most cases would choose the latter. That being said the item arrived quickly and was packaged well. When I reached out to seller they responded back immediately to offer a return and remedy the situation. Seller took an offer originally making item very reasonably priced so I felt like just calling it a wash and chalked it up as a learning lesson.
