    It's okay...

It's a decent, solid, inexpensive knife. I love the rubber handle, unfortunately as a neck knife it tends to hang on my t-shirt under my uniform shirt. But for the price, you can't go wrong - glad I bought it!

    Not really that impressed...

Having been a Kershaw carrier for most of my life I'm unfortunately finding their latest offerings to be flimsy and poorly constructed. It's supposed to be a boot knife...I threw it at the same target I throw my other 200 knives at and the tip bent ON THE FIRST THROW. And I am a professional thrower of knives, I have some $2.00 knives that outperform this one. So now I have a crooked, brand new dagger. So no, I'm not really happy with this knife...it LOOKS really cool, that's about it. I don't know what happened to Kershaw but I have some old knives of theirs I've had for 10 or more years that look a year old! Then I have some that are a year old and they are literally falling apart, and they don't hold an edge at all, the metal is soft...what happened Kershaw? Did you find it cheaper somewhere else huh? Trust me...it shows! This is a big disappointment for me having been a loyal Kershaw customer for about 25 years now, I've switched over to CRKT and I'm happy!! Like Kershaw used to make me feel.

  • Not a boot knife.

Not a comfortable boot knife. Hard plastic scraping around in your boot all day will definitely tear your foot up. But overall great knife i would put this on your belt if i were you. Very sharp, great price.

  • A nice enough knife

I think that the original Gerber Mark I is the prototypical 'boot knife,' and that one can reasonably compare all others to it. While I find that the blade on this knife compares favorably to the Gerber, and the kydex sheath is an interesting alternative, the grip on this knife is smaller and much lighter than I would have liked. This is a matter of personal preference, and not a slight.

  • Could be better

The blade could be heavier with both edges shapened. It is not a bad knife but not too useful for evertday use. Itis more useful for someonr to stab then throw away.

  • Perfect Boot Knife

Probably the smallest and lightest knife I've seen of this type, easily concealed.

  • junk

I've owned several Kershaw knives over the years, this one is a true disappointment. It isn't even double edged, I've never seen a boot knife with a false edge, the steel is very thin, wasn't even remotely sharp out of the box, this is a definite cheap made in china piece of junk, not even sure if it was worth the $20 bucks.

  • Lightweight compact and versatile

Handle has nice grip. Blade spear point edge on one side. Easy boot clip stays in place well. Handle clips firmly into Kydex sheath.

  • Fine small knife

A fine Chinese-made knife, good value for the money, but may be a little light for serious work.

  • Not double edged

Only has one ground edge, if you want a double edge knife you'll have to do it yourself
