    This eBay seller did not send the tapered mid pipe as shown in the KTM DUKE 200 images and listed in the item description. This eBay seller, making several false claims and excuses in several written communications to me, continues to refuse to ship this part, even though it is shown in several other kits their eBay listing's. Find a different seller with better feedback ratings and integrity if you really want to buy this kit. I should not have given them my money.

    First, we provided packaging records. The customer claims he received a different package. We made it clear to him that providing photos of the actual product received would allow us to confirm the issue and assist in resolving it. For two weeks, he refused with bizarre excuses. Taking photos takes minutes, yet he provided nothing. Even when we offered a return, he declined. We can't fathom his intentions.
