When I noticed it hadn’t shipped by Wed night, I messaged and quickly got back to me and promised it would be shipped by Friday. Did exactly as promised. When the laser arrived the following Monday it did not have the free honeycomb with it. I messaged again and they very quickly responded with a tracking number for the honeycomb. Great service!
