    It's so disappointing that you couldn't confirm the shipping dates & verify the shipping delay is not from us but from USPS. Your order was placed on the 13th of October and shipped out on the 14th of October so how it's our fault an international order took 1month. Pls take it up with eBay. You never reached out to let us know your package is delayed or damaged or to have this resolved but you came here to write a negative review LOL.
