    Sent her parents for local pick up and they rushed me like crazy, handed me a box that was disgustingly filthy. I realized that a large item was missing from the order after they left. Also looked at another part and it was severely damaged, they hid damage in photos. When asked about missing item she said it was a mistake that it was included in the listing and offered me 10% refund, which is insane. Completely unacceptable, unsanitary, and dishonest. I am thoroughly disgusted by this seller.

    Pink castle was never part of this listing, as description and messages made clear. Buyer accepted & provided pickup code. I offered a $15 refund, a full return for complete refund, and even a replacement Snow White. Buyer instead requested $35 on a $70 lot (‘Little People Playset Barn House + 14 Figures Disney Princess Carriage Lot’) and refused the full return. Feedback is not accurate
