    Installation Tip

    If you are installing this part yourself, it is much easier to replace just the cover rather than the entire assembly. To replace just the cover (front part with the pulley) all you would need to do is unscrew 5 bolts to remove the old part. To replace the entire assembly, you would need to remove all the hoses, tension pulley, and 3 bolts. Just replace the front cover if there isn't anything wrong with the back cover. My water pump had a bad bearing (rattles when I spin it, loose pulley) so I really just needed to replace the cover. The part is of high quality and fits my vehicle.
