I appreciate that this printer is refurbished by creality with the same factory warranty as a new printer. It’s my first 3D printer but after a few hiccups learning how to set the printer up I had my first print in a couple hours and haven’t stopped since. I would not hesitate to buy another at this point.

Although I was not sure at first, looking into the matter I determined the lower guide rails for the hotend (running the width of the machine) was not inserted into the correct spot. This caused the hotend to sit at an angle. Not easy to put back on, took some effort. Definitely occured prior to packaging or during, no way it happened in transit with all the foam padding. After fixing that it works great.

Since it was refurbished there were some visible signs of wear/use. For example the top plastic cover was irreversably scuffed or some sort of solvent fell on it and attempt to buff away. It doesn't affect the 3d printer capability, but definitely noticeable.
