I took everything out and noticed I was missing the single serve filter basket. I contacted the seller and the responses were so generic it was like communicating with a robot. Instead of sending me the missing accessory they said they would offer a $10 refund which DOESNT even cover purchasing the missing part. Which I had to get ($25). Or send entire machine back for refund.
