My experiences have been so pleasant that my dad also got two to mess around with. They have always been in incredible condition, with new assembly instructions, hardware, tools, stickers, and sample filament. The machines have all arrived looking brand new. This one arrived with a bad CR Touch sensor (it happens). I messaged them and they quickly responded and sent me out a new touch sensor with fast shipping. Works amazing. I love Creality!

I also had to unscrew the bed to reattach the cable guide arm as that was left loose. Thats just nitpicking on my part, the quality is good and includes everything you would need to get up and running quickly. Overall I would definately buy this again
