The product I ordered was not correct and the carrier damaged the shipment. I took pictures to prove to the seller sent the wrong product and the damaged items. They were willing to ship a new order free of charge but it was out of stock. They never required the pictures and refunded my entire purchase price even though some of the shipment was useable. Happy buyer

I have not installed, I bought it for a spare part so I cannot attest to the working condition of the control. The control came unboxed and had dust on one side, so it appears to have been on a shelf for awhile. There is no way to tell if the control is new or not, as came unboxed. I would have preferred that the control came boxed or in sealed packaging. The price was lower than other sellers, so maybe the control in was bought in bulk, unboxed.
