It was packaged very well with all components mounted in molded foam. Although we have not had it very long it does work very well and is exactly what we wanted. It is compact in size and can fit in a number of spots in our condo. I has wheels making it easy to move around. I took about one hour to assemble working slowly between taking the dog for a walk and eating dinner.
