Excellent machine, can’t believe I waited this long. It came in excellent condition, not sure if it was even open at all! The robot cleans well, it does mostly avoid items. I think it has some trouble distinguishing relatively flat items that may be similar to a transition piece in flooring, but otherwise very happy with the machine. Would absolutely purchase again.

Absolutely a wonderful vacuum! First shipping was super fast! Not Amazon fast, but VERY fast. Came and day earlier which was great. The product itself worked AMAZING right out of the box. I have really no complaints, all the features and app work just fine and as intended. My floors have been SQUEEKY clean. You can feel the difference with the concentrate that Dreame provides. I have already purchased another bottle to keep once I run out of the solution that came with the robot.

Looks and runs like brand new. Works well for keeping the floors looking sharp.
Came out of the original box like it was brand new and being unboxed for the first time. Followed setup instructions and had no issues. Mapped out the floors automatically and without any real issues. Smartly worked its way over a threshold, identified objects and even went under the couch. Areas identified by moveable objects are cleaned when objects are relocated, like cleaning under table when kitchen table chairs set on a table. Vacuums and mops well. App works well and is not too difficult. The robot goes everywhere it can, but can not go everywhere. Great for daily routine cleaning, reduces cleaning burden and also improves well-being by not seeing a dirty carpet/floor between manual cleanings.
