    Great Mac Mini

    I searched for a good price on the mac mini - specifically with a 2.6 gig processor and at least 8 gig of ram because in has the speed to make computing comfortable and affordable. it is all that and more as I replaced the HD with a SSD. The size is perfect and good looking as well.

    Perfect for a media system

    Perfect if you want to use a MAC and you already have a display, keyboard and mouse. The i5 though 4th Gen gives a smooth experience with internet browsing, 4K video etc. The 8GB RAM 1TB HDD is perfect for a media system and to get some good work done. It ain't no powerhouse but OS X is still a smoother experience compared to windows 10. Perfect at the second hand price on ebay without the "Apple Tax".

    The Mini is better all the way round then the 2011 Macbook Pro

    I'm very happy with my l2014 Core i7 Mac Mini with big Sur 11.2. I especially enjoy the added USB ports and the size. The only thing is my old 2011 Macbook Pro was able to run allot of the Apple 32 bit apps I owned so I ended having to purchase newer versions of my software to match the current version of the OS and hardware so keep this in mind if you are upgrading and check to determine what software you already own will work with a newer Apple product/OS. The Mac Mini is so easy to tuck away out of site.

    This mini is a great, low cost entry into the world of Mac. As a 30 year user of every windows issue starting with 3.0, the transition has been interesting to say the least, but the machine works perfectly!

    Good value, annoying to upgrade the drive

    The Mac Mini 2014 has no ability to expand RAM and is difficult to replace the Hard Drive on. Nevertheless, it is a good value and there are YouTube videos on how to replace the drive.
